Manage Useful Links
School staff can create and manage a list of useful links for parents, helping them quickly access important resources.
Accessing Link Management
- Open the side menu.
- Tap Manage Links (only visible to authorized staff).
Adding a Link
- Tap the + (plus) button in the bottom right corner.
- Label: Enter a short, descriptive name for the button (e.g., "Canteen Menu").
- URL: Enter the web address (e.g.,
www.myschool.com/canteen). - Category: Select a category to assign an icon and colour to the button (e.g., Food, Uniform, Sports).
- Tap Save.
Managing Existing Links
- Edit: Tap the pencil icon
next to a link to change its details.
- Delete: Tap the trash icon
to remove a link.
- Reorder: Press and hold the drag handle
on the right side of a link, then drag it to a new position in the list. The new order is saved automatically.
Available Categories
Categorizing your links helps parents find what they need visually.
- Admin: Blue
- Educational: Indigo
- Food: Orange
- Parent Portal: Cyan
- Resources: Teal
- Safety: Red
- Sports: Green
- Stationery: Yellow
- Uniform: Purple
- Other: Grey
