Manage Useful Links

School staff can create and manage a list of useful links for parents, helping them quickly access important resources.

  1. Open the side menu.
  2. Tap Manage Links (only visible to authorized staff).
  1. Tap the + (plus) button in the bottom right corner.
  2. Label: Enter a short, descriptive name for the button (e.g., "Canteen Menu").
  3. URL: Enter the web address (e.g., www.myschool.com/canteen).
  4. Category: Select a category to assign an icon and colour to the button (e.g., Food, Uniform, Sports).
  5. Tap Save.
  • Edit: Tap the pencil icon next to a link to change its details.
  • Delete: Tap the trash icon to remove a link.
  • Reorder: Press and hold the drag handle on the right side of a link, then drag it to a new position in the list. The new order is saved automatically.

Available Categories

Categorizing your links helps parents find what they need visually.

  • Admin: Blue
  • Educational: Indigo
  • Food: Orange
  • Parent Portal: Cyan
  • Resources: Teal
  • Safety: Red
  • Sports: Green
  • Stationery: Yellow
  • Uniform: Purple
  • Other: Grey
