Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter an email address, we'll be unable to login.

Crash reports

When the JuggleBoard app on Android or iPhone crashes or runs into an error, it sends a crash report to Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service, so we can find and fix the problem. A crash report contains technical details: what went wrong and where in the app's code, the app version, the kind of phone and its operating system, and an identifier for this installation of the app. It does not include your name, your email address or your account. Before a report is sent, the app takes out any children's names and any email addresses. Google also receives your phone's internet (IP) address when a report is sent. Crash reports are kept for 90 days. The JuggleBoard web app does not send crash reports.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at privacy@juggleboard.com.
