Community guidelines

Welcome to the JuggleBoard community! To ensure a safe, helpful, and positive experience for everyone engaged in our school communities, please adhere to the following guidelines.

How we look after each other

Be kind Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Harassment, hate speech and personal attacks aren't OK here, ever. We're all here to support each other.

Protect privacy Respect the privacy of students, staff and other families. Please don't share personal details like names or contact information.

Keep it accurate Try to share information that's correct and up to date. If you spot a mistake in your post or someone else's, please fix it or let the school know.

Before you post an event

When you post an event, we'll ask you to check that:

  • It's a public school event. No private birthday parties, playdates or personal get-togethers.
  • It's about the school. No advertising for businesses or unrelated sales.
  • It has no personal details. No student names, phone numbers or home addresses.
  • It's accurate, and you're allowed to post it.

If something's not right

Reporting a problem If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, tap ⋮ → Report on the event (or ⋮ → Report on a notice), tell your school, or email support@juggleboard.com.

What happens next If posts don't follow these guidelines, we may remove them, or pause or stop someone's access to JuggleBoard.
